Annually, the American Heart Association & American Stroke Association hold a fundraising event in Cincinnati. This year the event will be held on March 16th and include a 1/2 marathon, 15K and 5 K races, 2 K fun run for ages 8-12, 5k/10k walk, and 1K "Steps for Stroke" walk.
I am making it my goal to complete the 1K stroke walk which kicks off following the 5K/10K walk at noon. Please consider joining me (and Nash) along with the GSH (Good Samaritan Hospital) Rehab Racers on Sunday, March 16th. The event should be a lot of fun and more importantly, inspiring.
To sign up, go to www.heartmini.org and register as soon as possible! When joining a team, first click on Trihealth and then scroll down to Good Samaritan Hospital and find the GSH Rehab Racers. I'd love it if you would support this fantastic group of people/team!

We are so glad that you are home and recovering. We are saying prayers for you every night. We would love to have Will come over and spend the night again with Aaron anytime!!!! He is sooooo sweet!!! We will be dropping off dinner this month and checking in with Nash regularly. Love and blessings to all of you.
